Processing times: 

 Our current processing times are 1-5 business days in addition to USPS shipping time once the order is dropped off at USPS.

*Business days do not include weekends and Holidays.

Ensure you are putting in the correct shipping address at checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to incorrect address including wrong apartment/unit number. You will be responsible for re-shipping fee if your package is returned to J.Chanel Collection.
