HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Processing time is currently 1-5 business days + the USPS shipping time after your package has been dropped off. Due to COVID there may be a delay in the shipping time.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT HERE, WHY?

We apologize if this situation ever occurs. When your packages are dropped off you are emailed a tracking number. Please contact your local post office with your information so they can assist you in this situation.

The J. Chanel Collection takes pride in packaging our orders and ensuring they are in great condition when dropped off to the post office. However, once they are dropped off, are are no longer in control with how they are delivered.
